TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUBSCRIPTION

1. Customers have to subscribe for a minimum period of 6 months as per rates in the pricelist. If you have ordered online we will confirm the order with you on telephone or email & inform you when we shall start your subscription, which will be shortly. To make things easy we keep an account of your subscription from the beginning of the 1st month to the end of the 6th month. In case we start in the middle of the month the extra copies shall be added in your invoice.

2. Customers who make their payment by posting a check or transferring funds in our bank account will receive their paper invoice by post. We appreciate prompt payment from you.

3. The price includes home delivery charges in Thailand by hand or normal post. However for customers whose magazines have to be delivered overseas the subscriber has to bear the postal charges. Please contact us to check the postal charges of your overseas destination.

4. Magazines & Newspapers are delivered to you every week. You will receive, depending on the frequency of publications subscribed, i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly. In Bangkok you will receive on Tuesday For other provinces it might take a day or two more.

5. In case you fail to receive any issue please inform us within a period of 2 weeks. We will send you another copy or if that issue is not available, we will replace it with some other magazine of your choice.

6. Refund, Change Policy : In case you wish to change or add a magazine in between your subscription period, you are welcome to do so. If for any reason you are not satisfied or are leaving the country you can seek a refund from us.

7. All prices are subjected to change as per market condition.
